Kyle is active as a professional choral tenor and soloist. Notable appearances and residencies include:

Canto Armonico, Boston, MA

In addition to appearances with this Boston-based professional choir in the early 2000’s, Kyle was invited to join the ensemble on tour to Germany in the summer of 2016 for Reformation-era repertoire by German composers and works Tudor English composers. Appearances included the 21st annual “Michael Praetorius Day” festival (“Michael-Praetorius-Tage) in Creuzburg.

Choir of the Church of the Advent, Boston, MA

As a tenor with the Choir of the Church of the Advent Kyle was privileged to be the tenor soloist for the premiere of Daniel Pinkham’s Missa Brevis

Northwest Repertory Singers, Tacoma, WA

Prior to becoming artistic director in 2018, since 2007 Kyle regularly appeared as a soloist with this Tacoma-based community choir, for which he also served as assistant director. Diverse repertoire has included Haydn’s Mass in D minor (“Lord Nelson”) and “Bring Him Home” from Les Misérables for an evening of Broadway-inspired music.
